Angry 2008 Ford Powerstroke 6.4 EGR Valve Problems

I Have A 2008 Ford F-350 6.4 Powerstroke With 42,000 Miles On It.. And When I'm Driving It. It Losses Power And The Turbo Gauge Only Goes Half Way. And Has No Power At All. Even At Full Trottle. I Took It To The Dealer And They Said Its A Sticking EGR Valve. I Turn It Off And Start It Back Up And Runs Fine. It Did That Like 10 Times Already. And No DTC's Please Help

buy an air hammer and a 1 inch chisle bit and pop it out yourself. have them warranty the part and give the labor to someone who needs it and viola you just removed your first egr valve. put a littlte grease around the new ones o rings and shove it in and run the bolts in.

RUN!! The 6.4 doesn't even have a HPOP

I wouldn't let that dealer work on my lawnmower

Question

So Now They Are Saying That The High Pressure Fuel Pump Is The Problem. But What I Was Wondering Is The High Pressure Fuel Pump A High Pressure Oil Pump Put Together Or Does The 6.4 Even Have Oil Feed Fuel Injectors. Because I Know That The 6.0 Has Oil Feed Injectors.

No, the injectors on a 6.4 are not fed oil. They are only supplied with high pressure fuel from the High pressure fuel pump. The 6.4 engine does have a LPOP to lubricate the engine components, that's all the LPOP does in the 6.4.

Because My Friend Is Saying That Its Oil Fed Injectors. But I Know That Its Not OIl Fed injectors Because The 6.0 Has Split Shot HEUI (Hydraulic Electronic Unit Injectors) And The 6.4 Has High Pressure Commonrail. So The High Pressure OIl System Is Delete. And For The 6.4 The High Pressure Fuel Pump Replaces The High Pressure Oil Pump. Im Not Saying I'm A Know It All But I Just Want To Get My Point Stright.
