All Fixed Up and Happy

Took my 08 350 in for it's 30,000 mi checkup and got the call you never want to get. Seems I had 3 coolant leaks (I knew about 1) crank seal leak and a few other things going on that they wanted to look into. I scheduled it for the following week.

Well I got it back yesterday after three days in the shop and I have new turbos, egr, egr cooler, hpfp and fuel cooler, new front and rear crank seals, new torque converter and the list just goes on.

All of this was done under warranty including the rental car. I thought this truck had amazing power when I bought it 2 months ago with 25,000 miles on it but I never imagined it had as much power as it has now.. WOW... what a difference.

No more coolant smell in the cab, no more regular runs to Autozone for more coolant and no more sweating when towing my boat to go fishing.

That's how I spell relief... I love my Ford Dealership.

Awesome that they fixed all of that for you and didn't try to give you the run around.

Send a message via AIM to Dim Sum
Mine is taking 4 weeks, but is also getting a list of parts.

Makes me question long term if that many parts were needed after 3 years :/.....
