How much turbo boost?

Hello All,
i am currently running the H&S 300HD tune w/Blackmaxx on my 2008. I am only getting a max of 41 pounds of boost. Just doesnt seem correct, i have read od peeps getting over 50. Can somebody list the boost they are seeing in the mild, wild, and hot settings? What would cause me to not get the full boost? My defueling is turned off currently and it seems like it is getting a little less boost weekly now. Please help.

I have a 08 with a Edge Race Evo. I can build about 50 to 53 pounds on the 3rd setting (Race). If I bump it up to the 4th setting(Extreame) it seams like I can't build over 32 pounds. I know different programer than you have but just pointing out that sometimes a lower setting creates more boost. I;ve done searches to se if I could make sence of it but can;t seem to find someone with the same issue I have. Thought maybe my EGR was opening and loosing boost? Just my 2cents.

All i want to say is becareful running those programmers...

The 6.4 is a fragile and problem prone over engineered expensive navistar disaster.
Those stock CACs arent meant to contain that much boost and ive seen stock vehicles with vgt actuators stuck allowing excessive boost cause the cacs to blow out at seams. if your going to run over 40 i suggest investing in an aftermarket unit.
