Truck shut down driving across parking lot

Anyone ever seen this....I have an '08 f250 6.4L with SCT/dpf delete kit. Never had any issues until the truck just shut off going across the parking lot. It cranks like crazy, but will not start. Rpms rise a little while cranking, but nothing else happens. SCT did not detect any codes so I got another code reader and checked it again. The results were as follows

P0101 - Mass or Vol Air flow A Circuit range/Perf
P179A - Can ECM / Turbo Boost ctrl A Act Circuit Malf
P0670 - Glow Plug Module ctrl 1 ckt
P0091 - Fuel pressure regulator 1 ctrl ckt low
P0003 - Fuel Volume regulator 1 ctrl ckt low
P0684 - Glow Plug ctrl module to pcm rng/perf

When I clear the codes...2 still remain : P0101, P179A

After I try to start again... all 6 codes show again.

I already worked with SCT on the phone to try a recovery file and tried other standard tunes. They think everything is ok with the tunes/tuner.

Fuses are ok as far as I can tell.

Since these two codes are always present I assume they are related to the problem. Probably the P179A code.
P0101 - Mass or Vol Air flow A Circuit range/Perf
P179A - Can ECM / Turbo Boost ctrl A Act Circuit Malf.

If any of you have seen this, or know what these two codes mean, please let me know what was causing it or how it was fixed...Any ideas would be appreciated.

Thanks for your help

Make sure you checked your fuses in the engine compartment under the vacuum pump. 08 are common place to chaffe the hpfp harness and pop the fuse causing a no start.
