dragging/ loss of power feeling...

Hey i have an 08 with all the dpf delete etc.. livewire tuner and afe intake. before with 40" tires and a 12" lift i could spin them no problem. now at 37,000 miles with it back down stock with just a 2" leveling kit and 35" tires i cant... also it feels like its dragging like the power isnt there... everyonce in a while itll lag on the highway and blow white/blueish smoke for a second, ill let off then gas again and it goes away... i drove my buddys 08 and its very touchy on low throttle like it has more power down low, mine seems like you have to give it more gas to really go... almost like something is plugged up.. my filter is clean.. i also noticed you could hear his turbo whistle at steady speads, like a low whistle but not on mine... does anybody think maybe something is clogged up or a turbo not working rite... ??

I feel like my truck is the same way lately. Alot less responsive down low as usual. I changed the air filter, fuel filters, and did an oil change with no change. Let me know if you figure something out
