Rough idle and blue/whiteish smoke

Drove the truck around yesterday with no problem, get in it this morning and hit the key, fires right up but I noticed the motor is running rough and look in my passanger mirror and puffing blueish whiteish smoke. after a while the blueish whiteish smoke went away and it will run fine at 1750+rpms. Drove down the interstate fine, but still rough as hell at idle, sounds like a 6.0L. I was thinking an injector but not sure wanted to see if anyone else had any Ideas, also No codes and no limp mode.



EDIT: Went outside to show my dad how crappy it was running.. Running perfect, No rough Idle no blue smoke.. I'm stumped
