truck acting up help

ok so i am driving home tonight about a 4hr ride truck does a regen cycle and then its like it has no power ....70mph you could put it to the floor and nothing just like it was slowing down or coasting losing speed...but i could see the rpms jump from 2000 to 2500 and hear the motor trying to rev but the boost jumped up to 20 then started falling off !! getting on and off the interstate was tricky having to barely give it any gas or it would like lose power ...but just barley easy on the gas and get up to 75 and it would stay there just fine also at that time the cruise control would not work either and i stopped to check it out and it was like hardly any exhaust coming out the pipes more pressure from one tip and hardly none out the other i am confused as hell !!! so i shut the truck off and restart and it clears up for the rest of the 2hr drive home rite back to running good and 30 psi on putting on the floor and cruise control back to working also it did regen again on the way home
