EGR COOLER LEAKING ??????

i thing my egr cooler is leaking is there a delete kit for that 2008 f350 6.4

Yes, Elite makes a kit with a waste gate.

Do you have bubbles in your coolant expansion tank when the truck is running?

there is sum after i shut it off ...
when the truck dose is loose its heat and over heat the i punch it on the hwy when i slow down the temp drops and heat comes back if i keep the bottle full it will push sum antfreeze out ....it dose not do this all the time only when its very cold out -25 found a egr delete on ebay tonight dose it get rid of both coolers and will i get a check eng light

Let us know if deleting the coolers fixes it. If not, it could be the Head Gaskets.

if your egr cooler is leaking, it will normally blow smoke out the exhaust. not always but most of the time. are you losing coolant? by the way it sounds with coolant being pushed out the degas bottle, sounds like your headed in the right direction. you can do an egr delete kit but you may have to have a programmer to keep the check engine light off.

ya i ordered the egr delete kit today then found out my edge cts sucks and dose not have a egr off tune ....that was a waste of money ...so now im going to try and run it for abit with the delete kit and see what hapens

Be careful with that EBP though! It could go very high and cause further damage.

well got her all back together ..rad was leaking in all 4 corners they tested egr coolers said they were not leaking but they also said they may not leak cause they are tested cold...replaced all oring in rad hoses replaced thermisats replaced upper rad hose ford had a change up on that hose installed EGR blocker plates .....drove it last night seem to be good will see how it runs today ..... my tuner will no turn off egr but no check eng light on so thats good
