turbo noise? problem

i noticed the truck was running louder, i looked under the hood and the air filter minder was half yellow, i went to the dealer to replace but wont have the filter to today. the air noise is coming from under the silver metal cover over the turbo's. what could this be? i will pay closer attention leaving work but i havnt noticed the truck running any worse?

the sound is coming from under the silver shield protecting the turbos. i apllied preasure to the linkeage to the turbos and the noise changed. i tried to remove shield but the line running above it prevents removal to see under it..... i think it might be some sort of seal? how big a repair is this?

just remove the oil supply tubes from the turbo and take out the 8mm bolts holding down the heat shield. theres is a gasket and hard seal between the high pressure and low pressure turbo. has the turbo been replaced? like i said, just remove the 2 banjo bolts on the turbos and move the supply tubes out of the way and post back with results.
