08 f250 turbo issues...warranty???

got a 08 6.4 straight piped, sct tunner, s&b intake with 64000 miles on it...shut my truck off today and heard a grinding noise coming from exhaust, turned backon drove home(2miles) then opened hood and shut the truck off again and it seems like when i shut the truck off and the turbos are finishing spining it makes a grinding noise...i can not hear it when driving but it never did it before...will it be coververd under the 100000 mile warranty????please help

Yeah that would be covered under the engine warranty. Just make sure you return the truck to stock

Oh yeah. They will completely void your warranty if you bring it in with a dpf delete and a tuner. I also would take the S&B off just to be on the safe side. It really just depends on wether the techs will let it slide or not.

i drove a truck that during the road test with the customer in the passengers seat the high pressure turbo exploded. Made one hell of a bang black smoke poured out and sounded like a coffe can full of nuts and bolts rattling under the hood.

When a turbo fails usually you hear a ZINNNNNNNNGGGGGGGGG noise as the turbine or impeller are touching the housing at speeds of well over 10000rpm.
