Lotsss of black smoke!

Well i got in my truck today and it has been pouring black smoke, like just under light acceleration or any type of acceleration. Also accsonally i would attept to acccelerate and it would go faster, so i put my foot to the floor and the truck pours black/grey smoke, huge amounts the drivers behind me would change lanes, and it wouldnt accelrate or rev, then after awhile it would pick up speed,

Any ideas on what could be wrong? ive just been having nothing but problems with my truck since ive gotten it, im runing the KEM 345 tune, S&B intake and 4in flo pro

That is what I was thinking.....check for any cracks that may not be obvious at first glance.

And check how much boost you are building.

Yea there is no need for head studs with the 345 tune, I am running it with exhaust and that's it, have not had any issues.. It does sound like symptoms of the IC boot.

alright so on further inspection, it seems like the rubber gromet for the air filter restriction gauge isnt there anymore? so im guessing its possibly in the turbo, could this be causing me problems im having? what further damage could this have done?

i didnt drive it today, the truck wouldnt start, it would start, smoke like crazy and then shut off

Sounds like you have injector/hpfp issues. More like a bad injector(s) dumping in un-metered amounts of fuel into your cylinder(s).
