smell oil burning

I am smelling oil burning coming through the heater into the truck? also there is white smoke at start up for a few minutes then goes back to coal burning I have #2 and 6 injectors giving me a little problems there not performing like the others I still have plenty of power also with the white smoke I am not using coolant the e.g.r. is blocked off? any ideas?
