2008 Over boost???

Hey everyone, been on the forums on and off for while now! Mostly off latly as I have been extremly busy with work !

Been running the SCT extreme with DPF delete on my truck for 2 years now. First motor had some issues, ( egr plugged off, 3rd tranny, numerous injectors, cracked rad, melted down 2 pistons warped head... in the end got a new motor from ford canada last febuary 2010. Only thing that stayed was the turbo and wiring.
Since the swap almost a year ago, the truck has ran 100 percent everyday. Up until about 2 weeks ago when cruising down the highway at 60mph truck decieded to go from running around 8 psi cruising empty no trailer, to now it cruises down the hwy at 60mph with 30 psi boost and egts up around 850 - 900. !

Called sct they had no clue, although were really helpfull on trying to trouble shoot over the phone, suggested re - programing the truck trying again... truck purrsss! no rough idle or smoke no hesitation or missing, i am absolutley stumped here. !

Ok guys, really need someone to try help... Truck is tuned down to trans only.. Still requires 20psi at60mph. Far to much boost for these flat hwys in Saskatchewan. I use the truck for work daily just light duty stuff, mostly just hauls fuel to my rig and crew members to and from town. My uncle in parts at a ford dealer suggested trying To run the fomoco fuel conditioner.

I'm really at my wits end with this truck...no one seems to be able to even begin to trouble shoot
