P1335 fix help needed??

Stock 2008 F350 6.4L, build date 09/08. Truck lost power would only build boost to 10lbs. Drive to clean exhaust came up & after 50+ miles the little wrench showed up. Could only do 80km/hr. Figured the DPF was plugged & fortunantly just recieved the AFE down pipe back exhaust & Spartan tuner. Installed last night. Still no power & codes "P1000","P1335" showed up on the spartan. EGR Postion sensor MIN./MAX. stop performance. Dealer can not get the truck in for a week. Still under warrenty but need the truck for work. Is the EGR valve something I can change? They have one in stock. If so, any tips? Also cannot find a reason for the P1000 code or fix.
