Need some help!! Smoke in the cab....

Hello, I was hoping you guys would be able to help me here. I'm having problems with my 08 F-550 wrecker. When the truck goes into regeneration mode sitting at a red light, smoke comes up from the fire wall and gets into the cab. I literally have to turn off the heat cause you can see the exhaust smoke come through the dash vents. Its really embarrassing when you have customers in the truck, and they think its about to go up in flames.
I brought it to Ford once and they said it was fine. I asked them if the truck went into regen mode and they said no. So then I replied how is the truck fine? Its hard to find a dealer to help you I guess. The service writer actually told me its probably the wind blowing the exhaust from the back of truck up underneath it. I thought what an a$$hole lol.
I was hoping somebody could give me a little bit of help her on what it could be. The dealer replaced the crossover pipe between the turbos later but that didn't fix it. Any information would be great. Thanks again.
