2008 6.4 f250 fuse 74 vpwr/ecm blown

tried another fuse and popped immediately, pcm showed p0003 circ. low reg. control, p0091 press reg. circ. low, p0101mass air flow perfor. and po104.... i dont have a schematic to isolate the short, any suggestions or experienced similarities would be greatly appreciated, it happend crossing a intersection, left me dead in the middle of cross traffic, waiting for a tow.

figured it out from diesel stop, earlier production models have a silicone gasket with a wire harness passing through it at the high pressure fuel pump, ford posted a t.s.b. for wire chafing and has produced a upgrade gasket with insulation over the wires, this is a serious failure disablig the vehicle, the repair requires cab removal, trucks built before 8/'07 are subject, t.s.b. # 7-26-2
