Regen... regen... regen... etc....

I have an 08' f250 with 40k and never had a single issue, well i only drive it about once or twice a week and the last two times ive taken it out, it goes into regen and wont finish. I have to shut the truck off because i haven't had the time to drive around for 30 min to let it finish. But after about 30 sec after i turn it back on, it goes into regen, it's never done that before and i have shut it off during regen before. Also, this is the first time ive seen a good size puff of white smoke out the tailpipe. The truck drives perfectly fine and feels normal but it just wont finish regen.

any ideas?

My 2010 was doing the same thing. You just have to make time to let it finish the cycle. Either that or get a tuner and delete the dpf Im getting sick and tired of the regen cycle its a pita! hope this helps ya
