High MGP warning - Ford Powerstroke Diesel Forum

High MGP warning

I am getting a high warning when putting the pedal to the floor trying to pick up speed. it happens when rolling at 50 and trying to speed up. also happens when starting from dead start when I hit 60 or so.

Spartan 300 w/TCM 2008 F350 Dually w/ 410 gears. cai dpf/cat delete.
any help would be appreciated.


F350 Dually:
Afe stage 2 si cai
Spartan w/ all TCM tunes running 300 daily
MBRP 6" mitre cut dual Stacks
afe 4" down pipe DPF/CAT Delete
egr delete w/wastegate
Elite Studs
I/C Pipe
BOV
Banks Intercooler
SSBC 6 Piston Front Rotors
SSBE rear rotors
Strobe Lights front and rear
Retractable Side Steps
Ram Hood,
Nathan K3LA's Train Horns w/Black 8.5 Gallon 8 Port Air Tank and Air Zenith Dual OB2 Air Compressors

MGP or Manifold Gauge Pressure is just your boost pressure. You probably just have the high warning set to low. With Spartan 300 its common to see up to 40 lbs of boost.

I have the high warning set at 45 and it still goes above it?
I have EGT's hitting 1600 also what can I do to cool them down a lot??
