Need Advice

I need to change my belts tomorrow, due to the rearward one being stretched and hanging. I can't see a way to change them without removing all of the coolers, radiator, core support, etc. Does anyone know if there is something I am missing, or is this the only way to change the belts?

Also, I heard something about a recall for an idler pulley, any info would be greatly appreciated.

OK, so that was the easiest belt change that I have ever done!!!!!! After looking over the job for about 1/2 an hour, I thought I would try what appeared to be the easy way. BINGO!!! Now two different Ford dealers told me that I would need to do all the work listed above. When I looked it over, it is designed to make the dealer money!! Next time, it will cost me the price of the belts, and about 10 mins of my time..

Sure, I don't have time right now, but I will post it in by late the week.
