No passing power - Found the same post on page 3 - Delete this thread please

Pulling the boat (2300 lbs) this past weekend and was going to pass a slower vehicle on the highway, accelerated a little past 70 mph and it felt like my truck ran into a 100 mph headwind. Boost was around 20 psi and it felt as if there was some hesitation for 5-10 seconds but if I stay in the trottle it will eventually take off like a shot. This has happened even when I am not towing...not every day but periodically enough that maybe I should ask if anyone has had the same problems.
If I have not explained it clearly please tell me...
Any suggestions???
