What kind of oil are you using?

Delo 400 15-40 LE

I run it in my dmax and 7.3L powerstroke with no problems

No leaks at all?? Maybe a bad turbo seal or something. You could take off an intercooler boot and inspect for excessive oil contamination. Just an idea.

Notice any heavy smoke coming from the tailpipe when it's running?

Sorry man, I'm out... if you've checked everything under the hood, and there's no leaks, and no white smoke to signal burning oil...then your guess is as good as mine. Sorry bud. Sounds like a badass truck other than the oil dilemma. Hopefully some of the gearheads on here will notice and help out. Oh well, free bump for you. Good luck!
I know this is terrible timing to ask, but you should post some pics of your beast up here. You don't see many 2010 F-550s around. |
