Can't Break 20psi on Turbo During Regen

So I picked up the boat (6,000lbs) from storage and was driving it home when my third regen since I bought the truck (50k miles) came on. I went to pass a vehicle and floored it - turbo never spooled past 20k psi. Tried again in & out of tow/haul mode and it wouldn't spool past 20 psi. Regen finished right as I turned onto my street, so couldn't try again. The lack of power was definitely upsetting.

Is this normal? Or am I experiencing issues?

im pretty sure that power loss is normal during regen, i am not 100% sure though because i have my dpf deleted

Yep....I max out at 20 during regen.
