Is your truck auto or stick. If it's a stick could be a problem with the clutch. If it's an auto could possibly be the harmonic balancer or TC

This might sound stupid...

But how much oil is in it?

When was the last service?

Had one in a couple weeks ago doing the same thing... Had 28qts of oil/fuel soup in the crankcase.
