Lots of smoke and loss of power

I was taking off from a stop light the other day. Started going fine then all of a sudden the power cut back significantly and I looked in the mirror and I was blowing lots of white smoke out of the exhaust. Let up and accelerated twice before it went back to full power. Was not in regen. when this happened. I did have it blow a ton of smoke one other time when in regen mode and i had to accellerate a little harder. Any thoughts before I bring it in?

the 6.7s are junk to, they have some kind of viscosity tester for the oil pan if the oil is not up to par it shuts the truck off, amazing what these electronics are going to cost to fix when the warrantys up plus the 6.7 really hasnt been around too long so you really dont no the hidden issues yet, not to stick up for the 6.4 but they have been around for quite sometime just not in trucks (tractors) so ford gets ahold of it puts a couple of tiny turbos on it-egr valve, and a tampon in its *** what do you expect them to run like just my 2 cents

Where'd you pick this gem of information up from, might I ask?

As for your two cents....

Here's your change.
