Unhappy Super in a Superduty

Hello, I have a friend that just called me, He filled his truck with Super Unleaded and drove it 15 miles. 08 6.4L Towed it to ford and they say cab needs to come off $9,000 Do 6.4 not last with gas? some pump behind engine? I am a 6.0 owner 6.4 new to me. Please HELP!!! thanks

Will ruin injectors and pump real quick. Even in a 7.3 or 6.0, you'd be looking at a minimum of a set of injectors, oil and filter, and fuel filters not to mention dropping the tank, flushing and cleaning.

Yes, gas will eat the HPFP requiring cab-off to replace HPFP, injectors, and flush entire fuel system.
