Radiator trouble

I have a 2008 f350 and just lost the radiator at 44,000 miles WTF!!! I purchased an extended warranty and guess what isn't listed. Is there a recall that applies in this situation? I hear this is very common problem, any help would be appreciated as the dealer wants to hit me for $900.00

My other question is if this is common how many will I be replacing?

don't feel bad, my 08 has 30K miles and is 5 days out of warranty and the rad blew out today. We are on vacation and it is costing a fortune. The dealer in PA is awesome but I will have to pay 1060 bucks!
4 months ago I brought the truck in because I kept adding coolant and the dealer said it had no leaks! If Ford doesn't step up and pay I done with thier products. I wish BMW would start making a dually. American cars and trucks are crap...
