P200E is a catalyst overtemp DTC. I'm not an expert on 6.4Ls but I can tell you that the usual cause for that DTC to set is when EGT_13 fails. It seems to be a pattern failure for that sensor, which by the way, will cause a no-crank no-start. If you're within warranty, take it and have it repaired. For what it's worth, that sensor seizes up into the DPF quite often, making removal almost impossible without damage to the threads on the DPF. If this happens, sometimes
the dealer may end up replacing the DPF as well.
