ok, i have a F-350 lariat 2004 with 140000miles on it..I hate that truck(engine) I changed 2x egr cooler, 1x oil cooler, head gasket, injector ect....now i would like to upgrade it to a F-450 king ranch 2008 with 30000miles, should I? hows the 6.4? mpg, engine any major problem? thanks for your advice

Sounds like you are finally getting the 2004 dialed in. My 2008 6.4 has had two oil leaks and a radiator in 12,000 miles. I love the way the truck drives though. It's a love hate relationship. I would buy it again though. I guess it helps having the 100,000 mile premium ESP that expires late 2014. And seven backup vehicles. I would pay close attention to the water seperator if you get a 6.4. If water gets past that thing stuff happens. Bad stuff.
