Loses power

Hello, New to the list and first post. I have a 2008 F250 fx4 Crew Cab. When I start the truck in the mornin and run it for about 15 minutes it loses all the power. I put it in neutral accelerated and does not exceed 2,000 rev, if I stop the engine and start againg works great for 5 minutes and history repeats. I scan and supposedly is dpf was blocked, I put cat/dpf delete kit and still remains problem. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks

Sounds like the same reason mine is in the shop right now and dealer is replacing the hi pressure pump..
