On my 08 F350 CC AT 27,000miles I have a DPF Delete and EGR block off plate with an SCT programmer. My truck recently has been getting a neg. boost pressure at idle (-0.750) or somewhere close to that. When at slow to moderate takeoff I only get 1-5 lbs of boost, then when I give it full throttle there is a lag with black smoke, then boost jumps to 25-35lbs. When I get into 5th gear at say, 1500 rpms and 60mph and give it light throttle the EGTs will climb up to over 1200F and boost will stay around 1-5 lbs. Twice this week it has it has started working normal again

(once after a hard WOT and once after startup while engine was still warm). Trouble Codes are P179a (that will not erase) and P2263 (that will).
This make me believe that my small turbo is failing. Either by bad bearings or bent fins. idk?

P179A is Controller Area Network(CAN) Engine Control Module (ECM) Turbocharger Boost Control A actuator circuit malfunction.
What is a Turbo Boost Control Actuator and could this be my problem?

Please Help, fishing season is about to start and I need to pull my boat.
