Question cylinder 7 contribution balance and lots of smoke.

my trucks job 1 and i have been getting a cylider 7 contribution balance code for a while now. the dealer cant get it to act up when they have it. every once and a while i can fire my truck up and it will fire fine followed by a VERY rough idle and lots of blue smoke. now if i turn it off and back on sometimes it will fire and run fine others it wont. this has happened 5 times now in the last 4 months. normally when the truck is cold. if i return it to stock i clear all the codes so i'll be screwed. dealer doesnt care its tuned but if a "big wig" shows up im screwed.

whats wrong?
