White smoke when cold (normal?) VIDEO

Will someone with a 6.4 take a look at this video and tell me if this is normal? The truck is stock. Still has dpf no tune etc.
Video was taken first thing in the morning, about 40-45 degrees outside and truck was cold.

Dealer told me this is standard deal with the 08s. I think its bull. Man I hope I'm wrong.

It's normal until you reach operating temp.

i have the same thing even after having the dealer put the latest flash on mine. i kept on eye on the coolant for a week or so and when i saw no change in the level i stopped caring. once it warmed up it went away anyway.
