Obnoxious Squeaking after HGs done

Ok so Anytime I am over 1500 RPM or so there is a nasty squeak that goes non stop til I let off. Does it no matter if im on the highway, city driving anything, just squeaks non stop and its driving me crazy.

The one day it got above freezing it didnt squeak at all though. I stopped at a dealer when I was driving back from picking up the truck and stopped and talked with a tech my buddy knew

We went for a drive and he said he had never heard anything like that before. We pulled it in the shop and he was brake torquing it to hear where it is coming from. Its not a pulley its on the back left of the engine. He thinks an up pipe or turbo seal or something but couldnt say for sure without giving it a real good look over everything.

It was never like that til after the HGs were done. Needless to say it is driving me insane and I dont have time to go take it to the dealer cuase I need it for work every day

Any ideas on what it could be?

I've seen the same thing before, up-pipe not sealed at the turbo. It's a royal pain to get to with cab on, but can be done.
