noise like valve clatter

Does anyone have a noise that sounds like valve clatter on a gas engine? This happens on acceleration from a stop, no hard acel but not a granny start. My dealer says normal.

You should hear the kind of rattle you get from running the Spartan 310 tune. You would swear that the valves are going to drop at any minute. Seems as though the common rail injectors just sound different. My truck will do the rattle/clatter routine on the 310 tune, but no others. It must be injectors because if something was broken, it would still be broken running stock too.
