TSB 09-19-10?

I have been reading all the threads on this site for sometime now, but am a newbie in the member and question asking area! Most of the time someone else has already had a similar problem and asked the question, and everyone has told them how to fix it, but I can't find an answer this time, so I'm throwing it out there.
Does anyone know what tsb 09-19-10 is all about and what the fix is? I took my '08 250 in because it would regen every 70-80 miles. The line they told me this time is that the recalibration for the speedometer to account for bigger tires was screwing it up so they undid that and performed this tsb. Any ideas? Thanks.
