6.4 Bucking, poor throttle response, steam?
I have a buddy with a 08 6.4. When it rains the truck runs like crap. Many times if you slow down for like a speed limit sign or stop the truck, when you start to gain speed the truck will buck and will have very very bad throttle response. Me and him both have seen what looks like white smoke or steam coming out the exhaust pipe. Only happens when it rains.
Any ideas

Yes. It is an issue with the CAC. There was actually a TSB released on this.

Got any ideas on where I can find it?
