Hmmmm, I thought I had filled this out before.

2008 F350SD Superchips replaced with the SCT at 95,000km's. DPF/DOC Delete and RCD 485 Tune. 18mpg Canadian

List of repairs

-Radiator
-Cooling T
-Tensioner Assembly
-All exhaust sensors
-Drivers Seat Cover
-EGR Valve and Housing
-Downpipe/Turbo Seal TSB done Last week at 104,000km's and should have probably been done 25,000km's ago. If you ever smell exhaust fumes in your cab you have a leak and need to get this TSB done. You should NEVER smell fumes in the cab unless your windows are open.
-TRE's and Panhard bar at 104,000km's
-Rear Pinion Seal at 104,000km's
-Front passenger side axle dust seal

Things that need to be done on warranty but wont because previous owner never caught them in time.
- PS pump is weak and is difficult to steer at a stand still. ok under higher idle
- trailer tow connections at the back have ground issues and woudl have been covered under the bumper to bumper if he had actually towed with it.
- Bad ground in a rear speaker causes the stereo to shut down when it grounds out.
- drivers side window seal creeps up while driving...drives me nuts. Improperly installed in the factory.
- Backup system doesn't work. Not sure if it is bad sensors ( i already replaced 2), bad wiring or a bad computer.

Other then a lot of PIA problems...I love this truck and still wouldn't trade it in for the world!!! I turned down one sale 6 months ago and still not regretting it. I would have even made money on it!!!

08' 450 2wd. I use the truck for my business. It grinds you knowing that if I was getting around 10mpg that I would be cutting my fuel pricing in-half.

Regen is coming on twice a day for about an hour each time. From what I'm reading here on these forums, its around 15-20 gallons of fuel out the tailpipe everyday. Two separate posts on here claimed that when the truck went into "Regen Mode" for about 20 mins, around 3 gallons of fuel were being used.

MPG guage is reading around 5mpg.

-All updates have been done to the truck as of last week from the dealer.

Truck is fantastic aside from the poor fuel mileage.

I bought my truck March 09, just hit 10,000 miles last time I was home. I work overseas (Russia) so while on vacation for a month in the states I drove the hell out of it.

No problems, had the grill replaced, (had a bubble in the laminate) I dont drive many short trips while Im home, I barely let it cool off.

13 around town, 16 hwy, 8-10mpg with 5 horse trailer loaded to the gills( prob got the 8 because I'll be damed if Ill let a dodge pass me pulling the same size trailer

hope that radiator dont shoot craps while Im 1000mi from home.

34,000 miles in 8 months. 10 mpg city 15 mpg hwy. Removed cat/dpf now 14 mpg city and 19 mpg hwy.

The only problem I had was with the climate control. Love the truck and hope to put 500,000 miles on it. Would buy it again in a heart beat.
