it came with an aluminum add-on block for the rear, but i ended up just using a stock f350 block on my 250, and added ride rite helper bags.

That is the next thing that I am going to do to mine as soon as I get my new wheels/tires.

FWIW, since you use the truck for snow plowing I would definitely recommend a spacer kit and keep the stock springs.

Something like the BDS kit with Icon shocks (click the Configure button). Would be the best setup as the Icons are clearcoated and perform extremely well.

BDS 2 Inch Front Spacer Kit - 2008 Superduty 4wd - 2008-2009 F250/F350 SRW 4wd - Truck Toyz Store

A dual stabilizer is also a nice upgrade along with an adjustable trac bar, but not "necessary" to complete the install.

your factory 20's are 34 inches tall, so 35s fit no problem. A 20x9 +18 offset works the best but I like the wider offset

I've wanted one also for my F-350 but it's all fine as long as you don't put a load in the back or haul a heavy trailer. Then it looks like your F-350 is a ranger with a ton of bricks.
There is also the issue of having one wheel sticking out of the fender and the other sticking in about an inch making look like your dogtracking unless you add all the parts that they tell you after you have purchased the levelling kit. But they look good unloaded and check the trucktoys website they have tons of pics.
