'08 Grill swap, help..please...

found a local business that wants to swap my chrome grill for his black one. (almost feel like i am robbing him). Anyway, i have all seven of the plastic screw plug thingies out and the two lower mount bolts but can not figure out why the top part that goes over the hood wont come loose?? Do the four bracket bolts underneith go through and into the grill? help is greatly appreciated. thanks

Just undo the plastic screw clips that you get through the grille and then you have to push up on the grill to get it to unclip from the hood. Push hard, they are tough
