I clayed it, sealed the paint and put a coat of wax on it, also painted my side vents black.....

I used the perma plate...a friend of mine works at the local ford auto body shop and hooked me up with a bunch of it. It works pretty good, I always top coat it with wax about every 3-4 washes and I apply it once a year. I used it on my black mustang as well and it always worked well. No swirl marks ever.
