Any one have scratches in their side windows?

I was just wondering if its just me or if these newer trucks trap more dirt in the window seals. I have some pretty nasty scratchs on the drivers side and some decent ones on the passanger side too. Is this something i should try and have warranty? I had my 03 for like 2 years and it was never this bad and im almost positive when i bought the truck the windows were near perfect any ideas?

I have the same problem with my 05, the front windows looks like I took some 80 grit to them. For me I Think its because my truck is always parked down at the lake michigan beach about every night in the summer. I dont think ford would do anything for you, but it cant hurt.

I have the same issue... The tint on my front 2 windows is all scratched up... I am thinking it doesn't help that my tires stick out about 4 inches past the fenders... But dirt and all sorts of crap gets stuck in the rubber window seal...It sucks and pisses me off also...

Yea bigger tires and and sand on the roads during the winter and this is going to happen. It's happened to every single truck I've had in Utah.

Ya it makes sense i had the same wheels and tires on my 03 with no issues really. Kinda sucks but i guess ill just deal with it.

I have a few small scratches on my windows but found some glass sealer that will take care of it. I will see if I can find the bottle and post the name..

Mine is an 06 and has scratches on all 4 windows. Ford knows about it all the way thru 08. There is a TSB out there, it's hard to find..............check it out.
