thanks for your opinion but what do you recommend then for blacking out the headlights, i can not paint mine because of driving at night, i got to be able to undo the black out at night time. |

Take them apart and paint the chrome black... there ya go. (JUST DONT LET YOUR DOG CHEW THE LENS ONCE ITS OFF!!!)

I would not reccomend taking the appart because 99% of the time they do not seal back good and you end up with condensation in the headlight. I would just spray a light tint over it and that would darken them up or get the harley head lights.

There are not alot of options for headlights on these things yet and i hate the stockers too. I would worry a bit about getting them apart and painting them too. I dont like covers at all. You can get a set of halo's off ebay for like 350 a set or soo... if you like that look.

SKTER97, I'm sure you didn't consider anyones opinion when you bought it, dont consider them now. The ones I saw, not sure of the brand, were just like the ones we all had back in the day, they shoved in around the edges (the top and inside edge, next to the grill)
