Icon 2.5 in leveling kit for F-350
I was looking at an Icon 2.5 in leveling kit that comes with progressive front springs, has any one tried this and how does it compare to a simple ready lift?
How is the ride compared to stock for those who have the Icon 4.5 as I haven't decide on the height yet? |

I think you are going to find a large majority of people say that ICON 2.5 or 4.5 are the best options for those heights that you are asking about. They are also some of the most expensive. Those are the two kits that im considering for my truck...just trying to make up my mind.

Both ride excellent, if you get the 2.5" kit its recommended to get the adj track bar as every 2" will shift the axle 1/2-3/4" The 4.5" kit comes with it.

Icon 2.5" rides awesome and much better than stock. Can't speak about the 4.5" since I haven't run it. I don't have any axle shift with my 2.5" leveling kit, either.

Icon rides better with the progressive rate coils and shocks valved specifically for the Super Duty.
Also, the Icon includes the alignment cams to correct the caster setting once the leveling kit is installed. Without the cams, death wobble is somewhat common. |

I've got all the heavy duty front and rear springs already but I'm wondering if 2.5 inch on the front will lift the front more than the rear, this is a F-350 SRW

The Icon will level out a F-350.
If you are referring to a spacer kit, if you have a floor jack you can do the following: Measure from the ground to the center of the wheel well opening on the fender. Jack the truck up 2.5" (at that point) in the front. Stand back and see how it looks. FWIW my stock 07 F-350 with 7000lb coil springs (heaviest Ford offers on F-450/550 trucks) isn't even level with F-250 (2") blocks in the rear. |
