Are you running aftermarket shocks with this kit, or did you just keep your stock ones?

It was really easy the hardest part was figuring out how to jack the truck up that high. For the front I cut a 2x12 into squares and nailed 4 together for my jack stands to set on. And I used two 4ton floor jacks to control the axle up and down. Just make sure you dont let the axle shift from side to side. If you do (like i did) just use a small bottle jack to push it back over alil to get the arms all lined back up. The back was really easy it just took alil while to get the bolts off of the u bolts cause they are lock nuts. My air compressor is not that big and it started to run out of umpf to get the nuts off. Just curious but why did you go with 4'' blocks? I went with the 1'' in the rear and wish i would have gone with the 2''.

Oh and make sure you get the track bar spacers. Mine didnt come with one but I just got some longer bolts and stacked some whashers from napa and droped it a inch.

Mines the fx4 and its got those rancho shocks (i think thats what they are they are red) I saw some kits that had shock extensions but mine worked fine with my stock shocks. But I will eventually go with billsteins all the way around.

Yea, the 5100 series is definitely my top choice and hopefully they will be going on in May, along with my Monsters and new tires. I also plan on putting my rear blocks back in as well. They were custom made and the dude made them 1 1/4"....who knows why he went with that extra 1/4", but he said that it made it look perfectly level due to the size of the front fender wells. He said with the 2.5" kit, the truck actually sits truly level, but the size of the fender wells gives it that bull dogging nose high look...

Sorry to highjack your post but i have a question, if you use the 2.5 inch leveling kits, you need to add the blocks in the rear. the 1.5 inch kits just level stock ride height?

I think the 2.5 on a f250 will need blocks in the back but it wont on a f350. I would go with the 2.5 and blocks in the back it looks so much better

I just put 37x13.50s on mine with the leveling kit. I love the stance of it. Only minor rubbing at full lock. I'm offroad a good bit and have had no problem with rubbing. I'll post some pics tonight

I just bought my truck, but the previous owner already had a 2.5" Ready lift leveling kit in the front. The truck is riding on 325/65/18" tires on some aftermarket 18x9" rims. With the truck parked on level concrete. The back is 1 1/2" lower in the front. My F250 has 2" blocks in the rear (stock) I was told the 350's have 4" blocks stock. So I ordered up a set of 4" taper blocks and new u-bolts. This should raise the rear back up 2". I am going to put these in today. I'll post up some pics when I am done. The blocks are the cast iron ones with the dowl hole and pin. They are made by Tuff Country Part# 79043
