I rhino lined the bottom portion of my truck last fall, I had some rust on the rear wheel wells and didn't want to pay $1800 to have it fixed so I sped $150 on rhino liner and supplies and did it myself. It has held up really well through the salt and snow. My truck is black so it is hard to see, it is not perfect but it beats $1800.00

Thanks 2008, I have been toying with the idea of doing the front and rear bumpers. I saw the line-x truck at the power show in columbus a month or so ago, it was completely line-xed..might be an option j/k

cowboyup, I know there are some websites out there that have all sorts of different colors. If you are thinking about line-xing it...do it. First week after I lined it we were at the mall and came out and a friggin shopping cart was right up against the truck...but it was up against the liner, I love it

If you decide to do it be sure you prep it really wellt hat is all I read about before I didi it. nothing like taking a orbital air sander to your paint

there are two fellas on my base that have done the rockers in herculiner and it really came out great. Tons of salt and garbage on the roads and it still looks great.
Ton of work to take off if you change your mind down the road!! Good luck |

I have considered doing the bumpers on my 08. They are painted and they have rock chips and rust spots all over the place now. What the heck was ford thinking when they decided to paint these bumpers. It looks good until you go your first 100 miles down the highway!!!!
