Lots of places are allowing the 6.4s to pull as long as your not hiding/hanging weight etc.

So do these 6.4 have a big advantage over chevys and dodges because of the weight?

Michigan is capping at 8000 LBS in Diesel, (street, or Modified) My truck wieghed in with full fuel and me at 7980. Super cab long box.
