6" will work good. As for the smack talkers, I personally think the big tire little rim looks more redneck than stacks with clappers. 24/37 is a great combo, but can get crub rub which is why I went with a 22" rim, just something to consider when deciding on a size, I run into stuff all the time and would destroy the 24's. I'm running the 6" lift with 37's and only rub on the outside of the wheel well, which can easily be trimmed.

In my opinion I wouldnt put 24s on any truck I ever own Im just not a fan of that look I think the biggest I would every go is an 18" rim, but to each his own, everyone is entitled to there opinion, if thats the way you want your truck to look then by all means go for it

well the original purpose of tall tires was to give you a taller sidewall to protect your rim and to flex and grip better and give you better axle clearance. The original purpose of the lift was so that you could fit taller tires. Bigger rim's original function was to fit over larger brakes. 24's on a truck (like he said) make it about as functional as an H2.....i saw there are lift kits for cars now...just to fit bigger rims. The purpose? Use up more recycled pepsi cans? I dont know. Im still searching for the answer. Its just a less functional way to add unsprung weight. go rubber bands!

I agree with Rob, bug rims on trucks make it look awkward

yeah whatever.. let him put 24's on his truck and then see how functional it is.. i guess the HUGE wheel, with a rubber band around it is the thing to do these days... looks gay in my opinion, but hey, i just talk smack!!

Havent yall ever heard the pharse "if you dont have anything nice to say, then dont say it at all." The guy asked a ? about what size lift to use on his truck, not your opinions about how a 24 inch rim looks on a 37 inch tire. I think yall need to get back to the oringinal question that was asked in this thread.
