Best shocks

I'm looking to get a new set of shocks on my truck, it has pro comp ones on there now and they suck, the truck bounces all over the place, they feel blown out. What are some good shocks to go with? I have a 2008 F-250 with a Rize 6" lift kit. I'm trying to improve the ride as much as possible right now.

Not sure. More than likely the cheapest ones they make, the installers of my lift kit didn't give me an option or even mention anything about what shocks I wanted and I just assumed the Rize kit came with good shocks, apparently it didn't come with any so they put cheap pro comps on there.

Bilstein or Icon.
5100 Series (Lifted Applications) - Truck Toyz Store
Signature Series - Truck Toyz Store

Or for more dampening, a 2.5" Sway-A-Way or King, etc..

Quick note, the 5100s are valved specifically for the SD while the 5150s are not.

5150s have different valving options but they are all "generic valving" of 255/70 or 175/60

I went with 2 per side and softer valving. VERY happy with them.

Do the 5100's come with all the mounting hardware I need?
