I have never taken the 08 super duty ones apart..but other models...usually about 250 for about 20 mins did the trick. Lower heat for longer times is better....just take the light in and out and keep trying to take it apart.. but I personally would not recomend it. The OUO lights are painted on the OUTSIDE. |

i did mine with the clear/black mix. it turned out well. i actually had a local paint shop do it. they did all the light lenses and side vents for 250. way cheaper than anything else. i didn't go as dark as they did on that sema truck though. it does cancell out o bunch of light though. runnung them on high beams now is about the same as dims were before. i think i will replace them with the ones on ebay when i get the money. the paint clear is def. a good option though. ill try to get some pics up for you.
