08 Harley grille and headlights

Just called my local Ford stealership and checked price/availability on the 08 Harley grille and headlights,,,that was enough to make my little spincter pucker,,headlights retail at over 285.00 each and the grille retails for 900.00.
my cost is less than that (wholesale) but geeeez I didn't want to buy a second truck,,,,,business ain't that damn good,,and there are a whole lot of other things I can waste money on besides that...If anyone knows of or hears of a set of the Harley lights and/or grille let me know.

The price of the headlights actually went down

What were they before,,,I'm afraid to ask?

The dealer told me my cost was 226.00 each and the grille was 600.00!!!!!
Like I said,,,business ain't that good....

If I'm not mistaken the dealership was asking close to 800 for the pair

Somebody put some kickazz lights on their 08 the other day. I can't remember what they were but dang they looked good. I know, sorry, I am of absolutely no help.

At those prices I'm gonna wait till I find some takeoffs where someone has gone HID and wants to be reasonable.

Out of curiosity, how the he!! can head lights and a grill cost that much to begin with.

The heads are a great deal....the grille.....why not jsut buy an FX4 grill off ebay and paint it to match

I just did this mod myself. I got the headlights for a steal @ $400 for the pair brandy new from the dealer. The grill I have been debating on doing but never priced out, looks like I might not be doing it for that price. lol

Pretty much the direction I'm looking at this point, unless I find someone with a black FX4 that wants a chrome grille,,,if I can't find some used/takeoff headlights I'll probably bite the bullet and buy them new,,,gotta get past Christmas first, the significant other is expecting an engagment ring for Christmas.....damn.
